PRAYER CHAIN
Ministry Description: As a need for prayer is realized, one initial phone call is made to initiate a chain reaction. Within moments many are notified of the need and many are praying. This is one of Christ the King’s most important ministries because prayer is the cornerstone of our church.
STEPHEN MINISTRY
Ministry Description: Stephen Ministry is a program which equips lay persons to provide distinctively Christian one-on-one care to those in the congregation who are experiencing different life needs and circumstances. It is a strong response to Christ’s instruction, “Love one another as I have loved you,” and to Galatians 6:2: “Bear one another’s burdens.”

THE ORDER OF ST. LUKE THE PHYSICIAN
Ministry Description: Members of the Order of Saint Luke, an international order, believe healing to be an essential part of the teaching and practice of our Lord Jesus Christ as set forth in the gospels and in the book of Acts. They desire to bring back this teaching to its rightful place within the church through constructive teaching and through cooperation with those clergy, physicians and psychologists who have discovered in God the source and secret of wholeness.
